Suspended ceiling pattresses expert is coming behind D.A.M.C. Solution LTD, a company which is based on own experience in suspended ceiling. Pattresses, are used to support a variety of services for electricians, plumbers, duct fitter, air conditioning fitter and ceiling fixer to do their labour easily, fast, eficient and on the top standards of quality.

​Here is our story on how we began this in this industry and how we can support your needs.
Our story was born a few years ago, when on-site, the management department faced a real problem in finding a solution to meet the needs of the mechanical and electrical department to progress in the technological flow of work and to not exceed the deadlines given to the clients of the job. The first option was to find a suitable person to manufacture them on site but it was unsuccessful. The second option was to find a supplier who could provide the materials with the required specifications, but was still unsuccessful. At that time, I was aware that the construction industry is experiencing a real problem. Having in mind that we have extensive experience in the field of woodwork, woodwork machinery and construction, we then realized that we were the right binder to cover this sector and come to your support.
Passionate about these areas and technology we have acquired modern computer-assisted machines to ensure that customer specifications can be executed at high standards and top quality. We have been looking for suppliers of materials that can provide us with good quality and because we always think of those around us and the environment, the origin of the materials comes from certified FSC source. It was a long and difficult journey until we were able to meet all of these aspects rigorously and to be able to approach the customer with a quality product, maximum accuracy and professionalism. Finally, we have managed to cover all customer requirements and collaborate with large companies in the construction industry (please see testimonials). WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
Due to the fact that in this area there are a variety of suspended ceiling types in terms of size, shape, exposed, concealed and many more. We are able to cut pattresses for our customer in a wide variety of sizes most popular 595 x 595 mm, 1195 x 595 mm, 595 x 300 mm designed for exposed grid ”T" bar 15 and 24 mm and other, 585 x 585 mm, 1185 x 585 mm designed for concealed grid spring “T” and more. Also we cut any shapes and size of our customer specifications.

MATERIALS
Pattresses are made from a range of materials of plywood, MDF medium density, MDF moisture resistant and MDF fire retardant. The choice of material depends on what they will be exposed to.
Plywood
Plywood is a laminate, with multiple layers of wood chips and shavings laid on top of each other and glued together. The strength of the laminate is enhanced by the arrangement of each layer so the grain of the wood alternates, making most types of plywood stronger than an equivalent piece of the same real wood. Plywood is also about twice as resistant to sheering as regular wood.

The alternating grains and use of adhesives in plywood make it as stable or more stable than regular wood. Plywood is sometimes less prone to absorb and/or release moisture, and when it does, the alternating grain pattern resists expansion and shrinkage
MDF
Is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator combining it with a wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is made up of separated fibres, but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board.
MDF MR
Moisture Resistant MDF is used in places with high humidity levels. In comparison to standard MDF, Moisture Resistant MDF (or MR MDF) contains a moisture-repellent resin which gives it a better moisture resistant rating.
