About: Size of 1185 x 585 mm is designed for exposed and concealed grid ceilings. These work with a range of type of ceiling tiles; square and tegular edge, metal tiles and many more.
 
Cut: Centre rectangle hole cut out are designed to support a range of dimensions of vents grille and many more. All holes are centred.
 
Material: MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator combining it with a wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is made up of separated fibres, but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board.
 
Note: All pattresses will be cut 2 mm smaller them specification; 1185 x 585 mm will be cut 1183 x 583 mm.
