About: Size of 595 x 595 mm is designed for exposed grid 15 and 24 “T” bar. These work with both types of tiles; square and tegular edges.
 
Cut: Two Holes per pattresses cut out are designed to support a range of services with different sizes. These are used in confined spaces were more services are required (i.e. in toilets, cupboards were require light, PIR, detectors or others)
 
Material: MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator combining it with a wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is made up of separated fibres, but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board.
 
Note: All pattresses will be cut 2 mm smaller them specification; 595 x 595 mm will be cut 593 x 593 mm.
